There's good jazz nightly at this friendly, unpretentious hangout up in Valley Glen, with local stalwarts such as saxophonist Pete Christlieb appearing on a regular basis. Monday is always big-band night, a rare treat in a venue this intimate and a city otherwise dominated by small-group jazz. The other six nights of the week, admission is free.
