Don Randi's pint-sized room spawned the LA jazz fusion sound in the 1970s. It's still the site of synth-driven romps, though nowadays Latin jazz acts appear too. Famous session sidemen show up incessantly - if you've always wanted to see the guitar player from Toto solo on into the night, this is your joint. The menu is full of - yes! - potatoes.
