Catalina Popescu pulls some of jazz's heaviest hitters to her civilised Hollywood establishment: old-timers such as McCoy Tyner and Pharoah Sanders, plus younger stars of the calibre of Joshua Redman and a good proportion of dinner jazz-friendly vocalists. However, it's worth pointing out that the food isn't as good as the music.
