Although it's named after a Hollywood legend, the Fonda Theatre now concentrates on music, hosting alt-rock favorites such as the Magnetic Fields and the Hold Steady. It's a handsome room and the sound is decent enough, but parking in the neighborhood can be a real trial on weekends.
