Mexican restaurants are everywhere in LA, but Lynwood's Plaza Mexico mall stands out for its diversity. There are eateries specialising in goat stew, seafood from Yucatan and other regional delicacies, but the standout is Generoso Bahena's stylish, exciting Malverde.
