The Drago family's Los Angeles restaurant empire started out in 1991 at this operation, a celebrity-friendly hangout that's worth the often rather substantial expense required to dine here. Celestino Drago remains at the helm and continues to serve stylishly arranged but mostly traditional renditions of Italian regional cuisine.
