Breadbar started as a gourmet bakery, but its guest-chef programme was so popular that the restaurant decided to add a permanent menu. Chef Noriyuki Sugie got things rolling with the unexpected likes of crab guacamole and black cod sliders; he's scheduled to leave for San Francisco in late 2008, but his menu will hopefully remain intact.
