At this low-key, independent shop, an array of rare coffees is elegantly served on silver trays with milk and sugar on the side. The most notable item on the menu is a $65 cup of coffee, made from beans that have already passed through the digestive system of a creature called the Sumatran Paradoxurus. All the more delicious on your lips.
