Co-owned by Herb Alpert, this high-end steakhouse books better talent; and, while the food and drinks are very expensive, there's rarely a cover charge or a drinks minimum. The food is actually terrific, and you might catch Will Smith or LAPD Police Chief William Bratton nodding their heads to the likes of Bobby Hutcherson, Kenny Barron and local bass legend John Heard. Reservations are recommended.
