You'll have to make only one choice at this longstanding French favourite - five courses or seven? Chef Paul Shoemaker's food isn't quite as pyrotechnical as some of his predecessors here; however, his cooking is very assured, and sommelier Pieter Verheyde's wine pairings are unerring. It's a lovely room, too. One for a special occasion.
