Black Truffle Menu

Black truffles are the stars of this year's truffle dinner series held at SAAM, the chef's tasting room at The Bazaar by José Andrés. The innovative and decadent multi-course meal abundantly features these black gems, foraged by the Truffle Brothers, Marco and Michael Pietroiacovom, of Italy. The menu is offered Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings (including Valentine's Day!), and reservations are required.
