The Strand House continues their "Culinary Masters" series, bringing renowned chefs from across the country to craft an exceptional five-course dinner. This month features Troy Guard of Denver's TAG Restaurant Group, and winemakers Heidi and Bo Barrett. A sneak peak of the menu includes Spanish octopus with corn purée and chorizo, and a Colorado lamb neck with spring peas and lemon balm. Each course will be paired with a selection of wines from La Sirena and Barrett & Barrett.
