Enter Escala, a Latin American restaurant from chef Chris Oh where empañadas and ceviche trump bulgolgi. An expansive cocktail list comes courtesy of Aaron Melendrez (Cole's, Neat Bar) that pay tribute to South American spirits, with names like El Coco Loco and La Borracha replacing your standard Manhattan.
