Hakim, known for working in France and Monaco as well as appearing on “Cupcake Wars” and “Urban Bites,” brings his pastry skills to Beverly Hills. Early risers can try the classic Belgian waffle with strawberries and whipped cream for breakfast, while those who prefer to sleep in can pick up fruit tarts (everything from raspberry to apricot) and macarons (mostly classic flavors) at any time.
