Chef Walter Cotta shops at local farmer's and produce markets throughout the week to insure the best quality ingredients. His menu includes a number of vegan and gluten free items that are sure to please all palates. Our pastas, raviolis, bread, sauces and desserts are homemade. All of our beef is certified Sterling Silver. For lunch, dinner or a private event, L'Opera is a must!
