Ringing in the Year of the Monkey, Terranea Resort continues its intimate Chef's Table Dinner Series with a spread of traditional Chinese New Year cuisine. On February 8 only, the bi-monthly, farm-to-table initiative will dish out a three-course confection, helmed by executive chef Bernard Ibarra, in an on-site private villa. Pair the decadent menu with rich wines from Westerly Wines, Santa Barbara for the ultimate flavorsome experience. As all dinner Chef's Table Dinner Series do, a portion of the evening's proceeds will benefit a non-profit organization. This time, it's Autism Speaks.
