The Buttermilk Truck

Taking the all-day breakfast one step further, French toast, pancakes and even fried chicken and waffles are served on wheels from this mobile truck, which has gained legions of Twitter followers. These morning to late night eats are not for the faint of heart: The Buttermilk Brick ($8) comes with hash browns, two eggs over easy, a buttermilk biscuit and chorizo gravy, while cake donuts ($2.50 for three, $4 for five) are fried, glazed with cinnamon vanilla and dusted with powdered sugar.
