Tillamook's Grilled Cheesegiving with Chef Eric Greenspan

When it comes to crafting a mouth-watering grilled cheese, there really are no bounds—not even on Thanksgiving. Expert of perfectly toasted cheesy sammies, chef Eric Greenspan is teaming up with Tillamook Dairy Foods to foster an epic limited-time-only Cheesegiving menu—and we’re pretty thankful for it. Indulge in a grilled cheese on rye bread stuffed with green beans, crispy shallots, cranberry sage chutney, turkey and a side of gravy dip. With every Cheesegiving item sold, a portion of the proceeds and pack of slices will go to the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank.
