Expert of perfectly toasted cheesy sammies, chef Eric Greenspan is teaming up with Tillamook Dairy Foods to foster an epic limited-time-only Cheesegiving menu—and we’re pretty thankful for it. Indulge in a grilled cheese on rye bread stuffed with green beans, crispy shallots, cranberry sage chutney, turkey and a side of gravy dip. With every Cheesegiving item sold, a portion of the proceeds and pack of slices will go to the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank.
