This is one of the few eateries in town to offer innovative versions of Oaxacan food, a cuisine that's subtler and more interesting than run-of-the-mill Mexican fare. The mini-mall location does lower expectations, but the menu raises them again with unconventional options such as braised lamb or salmon in pumpkin seed sauce.
