Time Out says

After a triumphant win on the Food Network’s The Great Food Truck Race, and a successful brick and mortar shop in Westwood, Daniel Shemtob expands with another location in DTLA. The menu—which had its humble beginning on the Lime food truc— is "California crisp" featuring fresh, local and organic ingredients in inventive dishes like ahi tuna poke nachos with edamame hummus and pickled daikon and carrots and PBAT sandwich, with Parmesan-crusted bread, pork belly, arugula and tomato. Order at the counter and sit at the bar inside or at one of the picnic tables on the sidewalk. Pair the famous carnitas fries ($9)—speckled with fresh guacamole, corn, sour cream and honey-chipotle coleslaw ($9)—with caramelized corn on the cob, coated in their signature honey-chipotle aioli and sprinkled with Cotija cheese ($2). The upbeat spot also offers homemade limeades that change daily, and a bright, cheerful ambiance with lime green (of course) walls and a rotating display of local art.
