Time Out says

Imagine two friends—one with a history in private wine cellars, the other in restaurants—build a 5,000 square foot lofty warehouse stock full of fine, rare, mature, collectible wines like Kistler, Scarecrow and Sine Qua Non. Throw in leather couches, an 82” TV, tasting salon, wood-fired pizza oven, and you’ve got a wine oasis. Collectors to amateur enthusiasts delight in this Culver City spot where you can find 10-15- year old bottles (mostly from boutique California producers) at reasonable prices (many under $50) and in great condition. Virtually all of the wines from the ever changing collection are open for a complimentary taste.

Good for: Fridays and Saturdays feature fancy-pants tastings (think: Mouton verticals and 100-point bottle flights).

In & Out Factor: The on-site parking lot has with plenty of spaces, perfect because you'll want to take your time to peruse, chat and chill.

TOLA Pick: Ask what hard to find, small-production Australian labels are currently in stock. We spotted Noon and Torbeck, both full of delicious dark fruit, and ranging from $44 - $275. For your uncle who loves his "big ass red," ask the staff which they can recommend to pair with breast and things.
