Expand your mind on breezy summer nights by listening to the words of the Bard for free. The program, founded in 1998, will put on two plays it has never attempted before—the romantic comedy All's Well That Ends Well and the Game of Thrones-esque King John—with the help of talented local actors. "By the Sea" is a bit misleading; after the first weeks of performances at San Pedro's beachside Point Fermin Park, the troupe takes the plays on tour all across Los Angeles, performing for audiences from Glendale to Beverly Hills while promoting literacy.
