Only in LA will you have the opportunity to catch rare glimpses of Hollywood legends exchanging looks and ideas in the same room. As a part of the Academy @ LACMA series, the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Science presents prolific Italian composer, Ennio Morricone, in a discussion of his career with two-time Oscar winning writer/director, Quentin Tarantino. Morricone has scored movies since most of today's tinseltown icons were in diapers, from Sergio Leone's The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly and Pasolini's Teorema to Elio Petri's Investigation of a Citizen above Suspicion. Tickets to the conversation are available only on standby, so make sure to arrive at the Hammer Building Ticket Office at 6pm to guarantee admission.
