The Aquarium is especially magical at night—the perfect time to take in the three-story Blue Cavern exhibit without scores of grade schoolers swarming around and breaking your reverie. The evening will include special programs on the evolution of marine animals, as well as live bands and DJs. Food trucks—including Don Chow Tacos, Lobsta Truck and Fresh Fries—arrive at 5:30pm, so come hungry.
