A sumptuous red velvet curtain separates the chilled front bar from two spacious candlelit chambers at the back where a swirling wash of intensely coloured psychedelic projections bathe the walls and ceilings. The DJ keeps the easy-going, urbane crowd happy with a slick mixture of funk, salsa and African beats. This is more the kind of a place to give you a warm glow than to really light your fire.
