Madrid has a long tradition of putting great clubs in very odd places - disused gyms, train stations, sex shops - but the promoters of Le Garage have surpassed them all by plonking this electro night in a karaoke bar opposite the pay station of an underground car park. Walk down the ramps, locate the exit and look for the bouncers. A mix of local DJs and international names call in, there are regular live acts, and there is that great underground vibe that only a venue as scummy as this one can create.
