AC Palacio del Retiro review Rate it
With their palette of greys and browns, the rooms can seem a little dour and masculine after the frothy extravagances of the belle-epoque building in which they are housed. The hotel is beautifully located near the park and Prado, however, and the staff eager to please. Amenities are good - rooms feature plasma-screen TVs and CD players - as is breakfast (as one would expect for €27).
