A gorgeous old bar, La Nueva was recently taken over and scrubbed up, losing a little of its character along the way. The new ownership has added a Russian theme, with oysters, champagne, and a vodka and Beluga caviar tasting for €195.50 a head. Meanwhile, back on Planet Earth, there are prawns, or tripe with chickpeas.
