Don't let the design extravagance - fuschia walls, explosive murals of fruit and gilt mirrors - distract you from the Herranz brothers' culinary talents: tasty Spanish cuisine with imaginative twists. Several decadent menús de degustación, one for vegetarians, offer good value. The patatas a la importancia (fried in garlic, parsley and clam sauce) are superlative, and the wine list is good and well priced. Don't miss desserts; try the pear with wine sauce and blue-cheese ice-cream. Dishes are artistically prepared and some are veritable sculptures.
