It's easy to walk right past these wooden doors and miss the little Havana with red-chequered tablecloths that lies within. Inés, the owner, left her home city over 30 years ago, but brought the best Cuban recipes with her - try the 'Typically Tropical' dishes like ropa vieja (literally, 'old clothes', but actually shredded beef), black beans and rice with pork, and minced beef with fried bananas. Daiquiris are the drink of the house - lime, banana, strawberry… whatever fruit is in season - and their killer recipe is a closely guarded secret. Good Cuban food, low prices: you may have to wait in line.
