Santceloni review Rate it

Named after the village where the famed Barcelona restaurateur Santi Santamaria was born, and run by his protégé Oscar Velasco, the Santceloni was anointed with its first Michelin star after less than a year. Santamaria's success derives from using only the best of local ingredients. Try the poached egg with caviar and cauliflower, or one of Santamaria's trademark dishes: ravioli of sliced raw prawn with a filling of ceps. The tasting menu changes daily depending on available ingredients and will set you back a pretty penny, but it's a chance to relish the talents of one of Spain's celebrity chefs.
