Fast Good review Rate it

This is the first installation in what is bound to be a trend - it's fast food à la Ferran Adrià, still the hottest chef in Spain and originator of the nueva cocina movement. In a colour-crazy, super-designed deli you can pick out innovative salads like the foie with green beans or panini with brie and spinach. The crowning glory, however, is the Fast Good hamburger - a superlative specimen. Everything is made fresh and light - even the fries are cooked in olive oil. So far it's been a big success, despite the clunky name.

Go for the Parmera burger! The best burger I've had in ages.

With every bite the bun oozes with olive oil and a perfect blend of italian spices, but still tastes really light and fresh. It was a perfect change from endless spanish meals of greasy ham and cheese.
