With the nondescript decor so typical of Madrid's vegetarian restaurants, Artemisa might seem no different from the rest. But the salads are bigger and more creative, and the soy burgers have more flavour. The satisfying menú de degustación lets you try it all: veggie paella, croquetas, aubergine salad and more. They also have a few non-veggie options: try the chicken Armagnac made with organic free-range chicken - absolutely scrumptious.
