Alkalde Restaurant, located in a magnificent building over a 100 years old, the history of the restaurant goes back to nineteenth century when their owners transformed the old coaling of this building in the neighbourhood of Salamanca and converted it into the Madrid branch of the already famous Alkade restaurant in San Sebastian. The restaurant is one of the references regarding Basque cuisine in the capital, where you can eat sitting down or pecking at its magnificent bar that is always busy with different people.
