Artemisa Tres Cruces

Artemisa restaurant is a vegetarian restaurant in the city of Madrid. Open since 1990, its letter is based on maintaining and creating new dishes while retaining their familiar way of cooking. They have another restaurant in Las Cortes, the Artemisa Ventura de la Vega. Decorated with rustic elements in its kitchens they prepare delicious dishes very well resolved with excellent raw material, all of plant origin. Sage Eggplant, spinach with sausage, lasagna Artemis and out of carte they offer Lombard spread with raisins and fresh tomato. Please note Farah Diba cake, made with mushrooms stuffed with pate, asparagus, eggplant and gouda cheese. Copious salads and an assortment of desserts for sweet tooth.
