It's been a while since Chema Soler first brought his croquettes from La Latina to Malasaña, and along the way his star dish has become even more creative and daring: you just have to try the squid in ink one to know. There are the classics that are always on the menu, but you'll also find seasonal additions, and even sweet croquettes on the dessert menu. Even though croquettes are a standard on menus around the country, Chema's invites more international flavours and you'll also find Sunday rice dishes that change weekly. So you've got fun versions of croquettes, but the chef also has a serious side when it comes to more elaborate creations.
