Materia Prima

Materia Prima is a new restaurant concept in which food travels directly from the best fish markets and livestock to the table. Mediterranean cuisine in the heart of Madrid near the Bernabeu stadium. On the top floor is the dining room which is divided into an elongated area with a cozy and good lighting, and other secluded area that could be a booth if you need the diners. There are served cooked by chef Carlos Garcia. Our customers enjoy a wide variety of products directly from the market. Different ways of preparing the meat or fish they have chosen, either grilled, baked, salt, sauce, etc.. accompanied by the corresponding fitting customer also choose between several possibilities. Materia Prima offers an excellent wine list to end the great experience to be had in our restaurant.
