Prada a Tope restaurant in Madrid is inspired by typical Leon taverns and creates a unique rural environment through the timbered walls, slate floors and stone columns. With handcrafted and manufactured products as ancestral in the region of El Bierzo, its menu includes country jerky and sausage, roasted peppers, tortilla stew, pie, shank boiled with potatoes, cabbage and roasted vegetables and chorizo and of course, the succulent botillo. The wine list includes all the wines from the cellars of the Palacio de Canedo, the most typical is the carbonic maceration red. In addition, it is impossible to leave this corner without trying their dessert star, lemon cream with chestnuts.
