Teatro Alfil review Rate it
Madrid's renegade theatre, the Alfil has been threatened with closure in previous years, but has battled on, and produces increasingly radical plays - both The Vagina Monologues and Puppetry of the Penis have been staged here. The Alfil is also one of the few venues to host stand-up comedy, including the Giggling Guiri English comedy nights - see www.comedyinspain.com.
