A sure-fire bet in the Northern Quarter for consistently friendly staff serving quality drinks in a down-to-earth and lively environment. There's an ever-changing mix of artwork on the walls, DJs spin records on Wednesdays and Saturdays, and the own-made food is served daily until 10pm.

The best bar in Manchester. Nothing more, nothing less. Great music policy, with Manchester's best DJs regularly dropping in. Splendid choice of beverages. Perhaps a little rough around the edges for some - this is a good thing, and contributes to its cool, laid back, friendly atmosphere.
