Corbieres is one of those perplexing places that you go into for one drink and end up leaving five hours later, slightly the worse for wear and wondering where the time went. It is one of those places where time really does stand still, which may be due to its subterranean position. It also claims to have the best jukebox in Manchester, something that the groups of dancing drinkers that regularly fill the place near to closing time will testify to.

couldn't agree more with the review , was on a Friday night out the other week with some freinds, ands we all ended up staying in a hotel. The next morning we were going to the train station, I said to my freind i think i've been there before you know, great dukebox , shall we ??? We missed the 12pm, 1pm , 2pm , 3pm and FINALLY made the 4pm train home. Reminded me of a film i'd seen .......The Green Mile !!
