Set on the 23rd floor of the Hilton Deansgate, this luxe 'sky bar' is one of the most talked-about venues in the city (so book to avoid disappointment), offering incredible panoramic views from its floor-to-ceiling windows. It's also the highest point in Manchester at which you can order a cosmopolitan - that's got to be worth drinking to.
