The cream of Manchester's creative crop feature in this exhibition of the 2008 awards. Judged by a panel of high-falutin’ experts that includes Miranda Sawyer, Caroline Elleray (Head of A&R at Universal Music Publishing) and the Observer Music Monthly’s Luke Bainbridge, the whole shebang is overseen by none other than Manchester’s creative director, Peter Saville. Best of all, the entry categories are completely open – perfect for rule-breakers and designed to encourage those whose work resists conventional labelling.
