This fantastically glamorous Chinese restaurant has had a tumultuous 30-year history, with a fire and a reality TV show being just two of the events it has been associated with. Through everything, it’s kept a consistency in the kitchen that would shame many other restaurants. Don’t bother with the menu: simply explain to your waiter what you like and don’t like, agree a price per head, and then your banquet will be devised for you.
