There may be a set of swanky apartments above, but for 23 impressive floors the Beetham Tower belongs to the Hilton, as witnessed by the unmissable branding. Rooms are kitted out with all the latest technology (ergonomic work stations, laptop access). Cloud 23 bar, at the top, is straight out of Lost in Translation. The ground-floor Podium restaurant-bar doesn’t have the impressive views, but does great food.
