The Belmore restaurant has been getting first-rate reviews since its transformation by JW Lees in 2006 and with chef Carl Chapel (the Ivy, Juniper) on board. The hotel’s 20 en-suite bedrooms have yet to reach the restaurant’s decorative standards, but modernisation plans are afoot to tie in with the venue’s new, fashionable theme. Work is expected to be completed by spring 2007.
