The Slattery family have been baking since 1967, and crafting chocolates since 1991. They now run a dining room that serves breakfasts and lunches, as well as the range of chocolate-based goodies. The School of Excellence teaches the arts of chocolate making. With a third generation of Slatterys now helping to run the business, the restaurant has become a classic venue.
