Among the glitz and neon of the numerous chains that have taken over south’s most affluent suburb, this place is a haven for traditionalists. The pub is full of lovely little spaces in which couples can share a Marston’s and one of the pub’s famed cheese and pâté lunches. It’s also one of the only remaining places where you can quaff a pint of dark mild too. Drama buffs will love the theatrical posters and memorabilia.
