The name undersells this south venture (this isn’t eggs, chips and beans territory), but who needs savvy branding when the food’s as good as this? The menu changes weekly, and generally features assured dishes such as venison carpaccio and locally reared pork chops with crackling. Drawing inspirations and flavours from around the world, the standard of cooking is generally superb.
