It’s interesting to watch the chefs, led by Salim Ahmed, at work in this open-plan restaurant. The team prides itself on giving everyone a first-class welcome, which is perhaps why the restaurant is always filled with families, couples and groups. Balti bangla – sizzling chunks of chicken topped with red onions – is a popular, medium-strength dish.
